= A design for a contest, possibly on occasion of a national celebration. The drawing shows a grand procession of celebrating soldiers cheered by hundreds of onlookers. The name "Winnen" as artist of the first prize could not be identified by us. Ghemar was a fascinating and colourful photographer, artist and draughtsman (caricatures), active in numerous roles on numerous occasions and best known for the portrait photographs that he made of the famous and the grand of his time. Eberson, Lucas (1822-1889). "De Vereeniging van Kunstenaars onder de spreuk: Verscheidenheid en overeenstemming, Gevestigd te Arnhem, Verklaart dat de Heer [...] is benoemd tot Eerelid van voornoemde Vereeniging (...)". Drawing, pencil, 30x36,5 cm., signed and dated below "L.H. Eberson Architect. inv. et del. No. 1858".

= Design for a certificate of honorary membership.

= Very similar view and composition as the drawing by Jacob Cats, now in the NoordHollands Archief. Grave made the engraving after the Cats drawing. Perhaps a preliminary drawing, although the staffage is quite different, especially the figure in the foreground.
