= Appears to be an 'Abklatsch' or counterproof of a drawing. Wouwerman painted this composition mirrored (now in the Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister in Kassel). Jan (de) Visscher created a print (mirrored) after the painting, but without the reclining man and wagon on the right (present in our drawing). On 17th century laid paper with watermark showing a coat of arms with horn and a countermark monogram "MCMD" (French, ±1650-1660, cf. Laurentius Watermerken 1650-1700, no.662 and 664). With annotation in pencil "Nooms" on verso.
