= Includes the partition of the considerable estate of Maria Vincentendr. van Doeswerff between her son Vincent van Gooten, her sister Anthonia Vincentendr. van Doeswerff and other potential title holders, consisting of i.a. real estate in and surrounding Leyden ("een huijs ende erff staende binnen de voors. stede opten Nieuwen Rhijn aen de Vischbrugge genaempt den Boschboom", another "staende inde vergrootinge der Stadt Leijden aen de Oude Chingel omtrent de Nieuwe Maeren", "Item (...) staende mede binnen Leijden opte Legewerff anders genaempt de Kraeyvangersteech", "Een stuck weijlandts (...) gelegen in den Ambachte van Soeterwoude achter 't Huijs te Croonesteijn", "Een stuck hoijlandts (...) gelegen over de Poel inden Ambachte van Oegstgeest", "Den thuijn" and "de bleijckerije gelegen mede buijten de Zijlepoort inden Ambachte van Leijderdorp", 1643); a listing of promissory notes from the estate of Willem Joppen van Toll, compiled by bailiff Willem Duercant (1647) and 3 documents pertaining to the criminal proceedings against Thimon van Schoonhoven, former Leyden mayor, council member and VOC director (advice by Leyden's legal council on the question whether Van Schoonhoven may be extradited to the Court of Holland in order to face criminal charges of forsaking his oath in the civil case between him and Philippus Theodorus van Cloon, a copy of Van Schoonhoven's request to the States of Holland and West Friesland arguing his being summoned to appear in Court is unjust and a resolution by the same States denying Van Schoonhoven's request, thus opening the way to prosecution (1764)).
