= In the first edition the "Veranderingen en bijvoegzelen" were deleted by the French censor. After publication, another offensive note on p.56 was found. Although 1050 of the 1300 printed copies were already distributed on the market, the printer was urged to publish a new page. In our copy both the original page and its replacement are present.
