Scheepers I, 354, listing the 2nd ed. published in 1618. The first part contains i.a. the Emblemata amatoria with the delicate emblems in strips at the head of the pages. The second work, dedicated to the Bacchus cult by the learned neo-Latin scholar Heinsius is much less known and can be regarded as one of the few fine, original Dutch wine books, with superb illustrations.
