The depicted authors are Tim Krabbé, Remco Campert, Arthur Japin and Annelies Verbeke. With photostat of the orig. accompanying computer printed letter by Brenda van der Haak (on leaf w. printed letterhead of Erwin Olaf): "Beste Remco [Campert], Bij deze het portret en de groetpsfoto gemaakt voor Hollands Diep. Bedankt voor uw medewerking (...)".
