= The cargo steamer Ystroom was built by Robert Thompson & Sons, Sunderland for the Hollandsche Stoomboot Maatschappij in 1898 and was stranded on Gull Island, St. Mary's Bay (Newfoundland) in 1923.

- Parts 3-5 owner's stamp on (h)title; parts 3 and 5 hinges weak; part 4 p.375-378 loose; part 5 lower pastedown loosening at upper inner margin. Spines part 8 faded.

= Sgard 514. Bi-weekly newspaper, also known under the title "Gazette de Leyde" and "Leydse Courant", published from 1677 until 1811. "En 1677, un Français réfugié aux Pays Bas fonda une gazette de langue française à Leyde, sous le titre de la Traduction libre des gazettes flamandes et autres. En 1679, le journal est devenu les Nouvelles extraordinaires de divers endroits, et sous ce titre il a vécu sans interruption jusqu'en 1798, bien qu'il ait été appelé tout simplement la Gazette de Leyde par tout le monde. (...) La Gazette de Leyde a été connue à cette époque avant tout à cause de ses informations sur la France. (...) Quand la crise pré-révolutionnaire s'est ouverte avec l'Assemblée de Notables en 1787, le journal a plaidé en faveur des réformes majeures dans la vie politique de France, tout en exprimant des inquiétudes sur la montée de la violence populaire. Luzac n'a guère apprecié la chute de la Bastille, qu'il a interpreté comme la victoire de la canaille, et son journal a été vivement dénoncé en France comme contre-révolutionnaire dès l'été de 1789. Après 1789, la Gazette de Leyde a continué de paraître, mais elle a perdu son marché français. Elle a continué de trouver des débouchés dans les autres pays europeéns, et parmi les émigrés." (Sgard).
