= Guicciardini Illustratus 1a; Bossu p.65: "An undoubted copy of Mercator's map of Flanders of 1540. As such it is cognate with the maps of Flanders by Tramezini, Zenoi, Forlani and De Jode". Rare.

= This decorative celestial chart was published 5 times between 1684 and 1792. With the address of Johannes de Ram badly erased. Whitfield p.81: "An ingenious application of the Mercator-type projection to the celestial map."
- Partly sl. browned; trifle foxed.
- Folds as published; sm. wormhole in lower blank margin.
- Lacks plate no.3; a few foxed spots; mounts partly waterst./ foxed (not affecting plates). Without portfolio.
