- Fold next to middle fold; otherwise a fine and attractive map.
- Waterst. in outer blank margins; middle fold and edges occas. restored on verso.; a few creases near middle fold.

- Large closed tear in lower right corner; neatly doubled. Nevertheless a good copy.
AND 1 other handcol. engr. map by J.A. COLOM: "De Custen van Engelandt en Schotlandt tusschen Tinby en de Eylanden van Orcanesse" (a few tiny holes/ tears, doubled).

- Split on central vertical fold (doubled w. japanese reattaching the two halves); a few closed tears in top and lower margin of image.
- A few very sm. marginal tears; sl. duststained and agetoned. = Koeman/ Van der Krogt II, 5380:2.
- Both panoramas partly sl. foxed. First vol. frontcover sl. rubbed.

= Based on John Rocque's map from his A new and accurate Survey of the Cities of London and Westminster (1748), and showing the area from Hammersmith in the east to Woolwich in the west and from Hampstead in the north to Greenwich in the south. The city of London at this time extending only from Westminster and Hyde Park to Wapping just east of the Tower.
"Platte Grond der Steden London en Westmunster; nevens die van den Burg Southwark, volgens de laatste Afteekening'". Engr. map, 20,3x40,5 cm., Amst., P. Meyer, 1760. - AND 1 other.
- One tear (±6 cm.) in right margin extending into plan (closed on verso); closed tear at foot of middle fold; sl. dust-soiled/ waterstained along outer blank margin.
= Very rare and detailed plan of London. "This plan is taken from the large one, printed on 24 sheets of imperial paper from an actual survey, which was begun in March 1737 by Mr. Rocque land surveyor, and engraved by Mr. John Pine Blue-mantle Pursuivant at Arms, and chief Engraver of Seals &c. to his Majesty; and was finished and published in June 1747."
- Marginal (closed) tears (mainly) in higher and lower edge, not affecting the image; a few sm. creases.
AND a chart publ. by H. Donker: "Pascaert van de West Cust van Engeland en Walles (...)." (trifle waterst./ a few tears affecting the image).

- Browned; folds strengthened on verso; green library stamp on verso. Sold w.a.f.
= Scarce map of the British Isles.
AND another engr. map of the British Isles by N. VISSCHER but in poor condition: "A New mapp of the Kingdome of England, representing the Princedome of Wales, and other Provinces, Cities, Market Towns, with the Roads from Town to Town".
- A few tiny holes; cut just outside the borderline; a few creases.
AND 3 similar publ. by the same: "Yrlandt, van Dubling tot Corkbeg", "Paskaarte om achter Yrlandt om te Zeylen (...)" and "De Noord-Oost zyde van Yerlandt (...)" (similar defects).
- Backed w. stiff paper; folded (as published); brown stain on verso, shining through in upper left corner, causing offsetting in centre near upper edge.
- Sl. yellowed; closed tear in lower blank margin. = Van der Krogt/ Koeman 7805:2
- Brown tape remnants on corners; lacks 2 sm. portions of upped edge just affecting the image.
= Scarce map showing i.a. parts of Italy, Greece and the Balkan region.

= Very rare.
