Idem. "Predikatien der Gereformeerden, Anno 1566. buyten Antwerpen ondernomen."/ "D'aanslag van den Hertog van Anjou op Antwerpen, in den Jaare 1583. mislukt." Two engravings, both 26,8x33,6 cm., both titled below, "Tom: I. No. 2" and "Tom: I. No. 19" in upper left corner, both tipped onto mount.

- Two sm. stains from tipping shining through on recto; one foxed spot in image.
ADDED: an engr. portrait by B. PICARD (?), "Philips Willem, Prins van Oranje, Graeve van Nassau en Buuren etc. Baron van Breda etc. Ridder van d'ordre van 't Gulde vlies etc."
- Grey, weak impression. = Hollstein German 27-1(3). On laid paper with watermark showing a sun.

- Trimmed short, w. loss of the lower decorative border.
= New Hollstein (Collaert dynasty) 563, 1st state (of 2).
= Present are no.1 (title), 2, 4 and 5. Hollstein 115, 116, 118 and 119, mentioning only one state published by Ph. Galle. Rare series. SEE ILLUSTRATION PLAT CVII.

= Curious prints, the letters formed by figurines: mainly men, on the first lithograph shown i.a. smoking, blowing a horn and walking stilts, but also including a fish, a mermaid and soldiers; on the second lithograph mainly similar men, but also with two small views in lower corners of men working the land.
= All from the series Novae regionum aliquot amaenissimarum delineationes.
