= F.M. 4347: "De redding door de gebroeders Frans en Jacob Naerebout van de 87 opvarenden van het VOC-schip Woestduin (Woestduyn), gecommandeerd door schipper G. Berg, dat op 24 juli 1779 strandde bij de Noorderrassen, voor de Zeeuwse kust." (note quoted from Rijksmuseum record for this print).
- Sl. yellowed; some creases; one closed tear. = F.M. 2234.
- Occas. yellowed/ browned/ sl. foxed. Mostly fine.
- A few foxed spots; otherwise fine. = Snellincx not in Hollstein.
- Both w. waterstain in lower left corner, within the platemark, but outside the image. F.M. 6810 and 6829

- All with binding holes in the left margin, probably from an album. Otherwise fine.

Amigoni, J. (1682-1752) (?). (Venus and Cupid in bed). Engraving (after C. FLIPART?), 29,3x32 cm. (platemark), "Casta placent; Lusus desidiose Vale" and "k1" below the image. - AND 7 other 18th cent. prints, i.a. a large engraving by B.A. NICOLLET after J. VERNET, showing a shipwreck.
- Agetoned in margins; brown stain in both lower corners.

- Lower corners strengthened/ repaired (not in the image); brown spot near centre.

- Laid down on thin Japanese; sl. soiled; lower margin nibbled by silverfish.

= Hollstein 15, 1st state (of 3). On laid paper with a watermark showing a sun with a monogram. With collector's mark of Joseph Pricken (Lugt 2049).

= Partly from Hollstein 111, 1st and only state.

- All sl./ trifle foxed/ soiled.
= The address of Van Aelst seems to be erased from the title, so perhaps a slightly later edition? Bartsch 788-799. A rare complete set. These prints show not all the works, but two show Hercules as a child killing the serpents in his crib and Hercules killing the centaur Nessus, whose blood will kill him in the end.
