- Fine, w. ample margins. = Le Blanc 1, rare early/ first state before the letters. On 18th century laid paper.
- Ample margins soiled. = Hollstein 266. Part of the series of the Five senses.
- Later, sl. thick paper; cut just outside the platemark.
= Hollstein 24, 2nd state (of 2). With the collector's mark of James Burleigh (Lugt 1245).
- Good/ fine impression on 17th cent. paper w. large, unidentified watermark; a few vague smudges in margins; cut ±3-5 mm outside the platemark.
= Hollstein 3, the 2nd state (of 3); Ackley 96. With the collection's marks of Boymans van Beuningen (Lugt 356b and 700a (stamp indicating duplicates). SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE LXXIX.

- Poor copy, small part of lower right corner torn off and redrawn; sm. (closed) tears in upper margin; trimmed sl. short on the left edge; soiled. Sold w.a.f.

- Hollstein 10 (the wooden bridge at Sulmona) foxed; Hollstein 9 (fishermen) printed from a worn plate; Hollstein 8 (two cows) lower left corner professionally restored; other plates w. a few imperfections (a few sm. spots).
= Hollstein 5-10, the 4th state (of 6), finished but before the numbers and address. The series comprises: Ponte Molle; The hinny-drover, Via Appia; View of the Tiber in the Campagna; The two cows near the river, Tivoli; The fishermen at the Tiber, near the Soracte; The wooden bridge, Sulmona near Tivoli.
