- Large tear in upper part, partly closed; hole in lower margin, partly just within the image
= Georgiev studied under Peter Halm and Angelo Jank (member of the Munich Sezession) in Munich, around 1900. Especially Jank is known for his Jugendstil illustrations. This drawing was probably created in that period.

= Annie Godschalk (on whom no further information could be traced) was a prolific and imaginative amateur artist. Most drawings are portraits of probably imaginary people in a distinctive 1950s fashion, often accompanied by imaginary biographical information. As sketchbooks, Annie used the atlas vols. of the courses in miltary/ civil architecture and hydraulic engineering (publ. Breda, KMA, 1836-1850), i.a. Atlas van LXXVIII Platen, behoordende bij de Handleiding tot de Kennis der Waterbouwkunde [in pencil:] "en tot kennisneming van veel wetenswaardige zaken uit gefingeerde familien".
