83/2805 [Utrecht]. Three deeds of transport concerning property in/ adjecent to the Begijnhof, pen and black ink on vellum, 1623-1707, recto only, 2 paper seals attached, folded.

= 1-2. Willem van Nellestein, schepen and steward of the Begijnhof in Utrecht, renounces all property rights to the "laetste erve (...) numero xi" to the benefit of its current owner since the public sale of 21 February 1621, Jan henrixsoon van Baeren (1623) and transports "het thiende erff tot het voorsz. bagynhoff" to the heirs of Jan Dirxsz van Dyck and Treyntgen[?] Goverts (1626). Other names mentioned: schout Dirck van Suylen vander Haer "heere vander Sevender", schout Hendrick Valckenaer "heere tot Duckenborch" and schepenen Cornelis van Duverden, Jacob van Medenblick, Cornelis Knyff, Cornelis van Poll, Gillis van der Eggen, Johan van Weede, Philips Ram, Johan Antonis ten Waell, mr. Godert van Daell, mr. Adriaaen van Hellemyes van Welle, Cornelis van Swanenborch en Ghysbert van der Hoeck; 3. The plenipotentiaries of Margaretha and Maria van Sant, heirs to Cornelia Bries, transport to Daniël de Milan, councillor and schepen of Utrecht, "sekere huijsinge erve ende grond kelder kluijs ende alle verderen toebehoorten mette twee cameren oft woningen daar achter staande het ene daarvan in een gangetje op het Bagijnhoff" (1707).
