- Scattered stains; first ±90p. w. receding waterstain in lower half; frontisp. doubled w. japanese and browned along outer margin; upper endpaper renewed; occas. fingersoiled in lower blank corner; catalogue clipping on upper pastedown. Leather deteriorated prob. from acidity of mottling; corners and spine-ends restored.

Brussels, 1641, with a nice frontispiece showing the interior of a pharmacy in the upper half and a view of Brussels in the lower half, and the figures of Hippocrates, Galenus, Andromachus and Dioscorides in left and right margins.
