Complete set of 15 engravings (incl. the title), 1586, each ±20x26,8 cm., all (except the title) numb. in upper centre, the names of the artists and the concerning chapter of Genesis indicated in lower margin of image, 4-lines of Latin text in 2 columns below the images, bound in late 18th(?) cent. hcalf w. parts of leaves of an early 16th cent. ed. of Erasmus' Novum Instrumentum (specifically leaves from Capita argumentorum contra morosos (w. contemp. annots.)).

- Plate 2: lower outer blank corner restored and vague waterstain in upper right margin; plate 6 vertical (closed) tear approx. 6 cm. into the plate; plate 9 dark (printing ink?) stain in the bush in the right foreground extending into blank margin and a sm. brown stain in lower blank margin. All plates w. a small number in pen and ink in centre of upper blank margin; most prints doubled w. japanese; blank lower outer corner sl. fingersoiled. Otherwise fine.
