The work was published w. 2 variant wrappers: of brown crêpe-paper with large woodtype cipher "1" printed in red on frontcover, and an edition with stereotype-stamped boards. With AUTOGRAPH SIGNED DEDICATION on first blank: "voor mr. b. kist - 17.5.48 sandberg". This copy marked "M", but without the fake signature ("v.d.Bosch") of Sandberg on the colophon page, as called for in the colophon for the 23 copies marked A to X.
