- Small tear in lower margin, just affecting the address; handcolouring occas. rubbed off.

= Satirizes Charles James Fox's return to Parliament in 1784 as member for the Orkney boroughs and his subsequent exclusion by the High Bailiff. This print is found in two versions: one with a caption above the image and one without that caption (the present copy).
