Calligraphed manuscript in pen and colours, heightened w. gold, together (39) lvs., incl. calligraphed (divis.) titles, 5 lvs. w. mounted photographs (i.a. large photographs of the Groote Kerk, the Nieuwe Kerk, the Janskerk and the Bakenesserkerk, all Haarlem), 3 lvs. w. mounted signatures (of members of "Het eere-comité" and "Het Comité" and 23 lvs. w. the calligraphed "Namen van deelnemers aan het huldeblijk" (all within ornamental lithographed borders), last leaf signed "G.A. Luitingh Calligraaf Haarlem", orig. morocco backed vellum, frontcover w. gilt coat of arms of Haarlem within small calligraphed border, t.e.g., folio, in plain board drop back box.

- Last two lvs. sl. dam. by silverfish in upper blank margin. Box badly worn/ damaged.

Calligraphed charter in pen and colours, heightened w. gold, (2) leaves, mounted on the inside of the covers of a mor. backed cloth portfolio, w. decorated front- and backcover, all by G.A. Luitingh, folio.

- Inside partly (sl.) affected by silverfish. Covers sl. soiled; top of spine worn.

= Presented to C.J. van Paassen on occasion as his abdication on 15 November 1935. The decoration i.a. includes the coats of arms of Langweer, Meppel and Haarlem, a pen and (washed) ink drawing of the Groote Kerk and 2 (cracked) wax seals, i.a. w. the coat of arms of Haarlem. The calligrapher, G.A. Luitingh, was also sexton of the Groote Kerk.
