= Each gouache shows a harlequin in a different scene: A harlequin surrounded by cats and owls (39,5x84 cm.); a harlequin with singing donkey and three serious ministers (23x86 cm.) and a harlequin in a horse-drawn cart talking to a nobleman on horseback (31,5x79 cm.). All mounted on hardboard. Probably displays made for use in a bookshop.
