- Partly waterst. in upper blank margin; occas. sl. dustsoiled and trifle frayed, mainly in blank fore-edge margin. Dogeared; wr. loose and frayed.

= Impressive and very rare wallmap, the inset maps showing i.a. the Dutch colonies in the far East, Caribbean and South America and Africa, and with surrounding tables with statistical and historical information. The large compass rose also gives the position and distance between Brussels and some major cities in Europe. An overview of all this is to be found on the "Tableau indicateur", which also bears three differently coloured manuscript borderlines of the Netherlands with the Kingdom of Hannover, Prussia, and France. Koeman, Handleiding, r6; Koeman, Geschiedenis, p.190: "Van de Franse meester-graveur J.B. de Bouge (...) verscheen in 1823 een kopie van de Krayenhoff-kaart [Choro-Topographische Kaart] op dezelfde schaal [1:115.200], maar op een handiger bladformaat: 20 bladen, elk 53 x 42 cm." A second edition of 1828 is not mentioned by Koeman.
