= Very rare, no variation of the 'Struisveer' has been on the market for many years. Peeters created this work while he was a member of Zero movement. Peeters claims: "Wij proberen onze eigen tijd te zien en zichtbaar te maken." By doing so he made use of materials that were unorthodox for the time, such as cotton wool, synthetic fur, and feathers. The only publicly known variation of the 'Struisveer' is currently in the collection of the Van Abbemuseum, Eindhoven (#62-23, 1962, inv. no.659).
